The Role
The CCaaS Support Specialist establishes, maintains and supports the contact centre technology solutions to ensure a high quality customer experience. This role is about people and outcomes first and technology (an important) second. This is not your typical nine-to-five desk job – you’ll need to be flexible and your hours may vary to cover commitments. You’ll be ready to travel at the drop of a hat, and do everything you can to maintain your top quality service. 
 
The Team
Customer experience and engagement through the contact centre is a core, and highly visible, element of any organisation.  Our Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution utilises leading technology and infrastructure from Interactive Intelligence (ININ) to help our clients understand their customers and improve their service. It is our commitment to service improvement and extensive experience in designing, building and operating award winning contact centres that really makes the difference.
 
The Person
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert on all things CCaaS. Someone who is particularly clued up on Interactive Intelligence’s contact centre services (CIC, PureCloud and CaaS) and products and any associated technologies (e.g. CRM and knowledge bases, Visual IVR etc.). You’ll have a passion for contact centre operations, technology and people, and be comfortable enough in your knowledge to support these solutions.
 
You will love talking to the customers and ensuring that their requirements are met or exceeded. We need someone who is really willing to go above and beyond to define and present services to our potential customers and who will be focused on building strong and trusting relationships with them. In addition, this person will be solution oriented, assertive, resilient under pressure, super organised, and always on the lookout for how we can do things better.
