Anti-Fraud – Legal Disclaimer
At Datacom, we care about people and communities, and our name is very important to us. Unfortunately, like many other large organisations, our name is sometimes used by individuals and organisations to commit fraud, such as the recruitment example provided below:
“Hello I have been contacted by someone in your company about a data entry job at home. He told me that the headquarters is in India and the HR department is located in Maryland.”
If you believe you have received a fraudulent communication claiming to be from Datacom, please directly. If you are a victim of fraud, you should file a report with the police or your local law enforcement agency.
Recruitment Scam
We have been notified that individuals and organisations have been using Datacom’s name and trademarks in emails in an attempt to solicit fees from interested job-seekers. These individuals and organisations are unauthorised. Datacom will never ask for any up-front cash transfers or payments of any kind from applicants at any point of our recruitment process, nor will any agency acting on our behalf.
