Datacom’s Antenno has been specifically designed for local government, aimed to improve connections with people in their communities. Antenno’s leading design provides a unique two-way communication loop that allows organisations to not only send alerts and notifications, but also receive feedback from members of the community.
This encourages active participation in decision-making from people in the community and helps make your messages relevant, cutting through daily clutter and ensuring they receive the required attention.
A wide range of information can be published though Antenno, including:
How does Antenno work?
Through a web portal, organisations publish community alerts and notifications that link to Antenno. Content is then allocated to a topic or place and is then map-defined to particular zones.
People in the community download the Antenno app on mobile phones and select the places they care about, such as their home, work, rental property or school. Users only receive alerts and notifications when a place they care about is affected.
These can be further refined by topic, so people only receive messages that are relevant to them. They can also respond to surveys, report issues in their area and share ideas, including sharing content via email or social media.
Antenno is compatible with iOS and Android devices.
