Our aim is to provide one contact point for all hardware faults. Datacom will manage vendors and third parties on your behalf. Our logistics and sparing capability can be leveraged to ensure spares are in the right place at the right time.
We at Datacom are independent but we are partners and service agents for all the key hardware vendors. Datacom provides warranty support for most equipment manufactured by HP, IBM, Acer, Lenovo, Cisco, and Kingston.
Datacom also supplies regular, repeatable and pre-scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) services to a wide range of customers across a large number of varying devices leveraging years of experience in providing these services. Our central Datacom Service Management (DSM) system has functionality built into it specifically for scheduling, managing and reporting on preventative maintenance activities, and provides a centralised toolset through which we largely manage this work.
