About you 
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you’ll help understand, shape and design solutions for our customers, both new and existing. You’ll help oversee the delivery of projects with the technical team, whilst staying hands-on in the wide variety of work we do.   
 
You’ll be comfortable with all relevant technical possibilities of Dynamics 365 (CRM), and have a desire to understand the customer problem, question and probe, and ultimately craft and design solutions for the many and varied challenges you’ll face. You will be involved in workshopping and detailed technical sessions/discovery; as well as writing up outcomes, technical designs and helping manage the delivery either yourself or with our wider functional/pm/test teams. We’re looking for smart people, who get things done.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, JavaScript, webservices, azure service bus etc.
  • Experience gathering technical requirements, solutioning and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of digital business transformations
  • Good experience and comfort in driving customer facing engagements, both technically and functionally
  • Advanced understanding of integration concepts, CRM design paradigms and a curiosity to learn about the new Dynamics 365 capabilities 
  • Ability to coach and work with technical staff as a team to maximise team performance and satisfaction
