An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Brisbane Software Solutions team on a 10 month maternity leave contract. The Software Solutions team works with customers to design software solutions that will integrate with their existing software, solve business problems, and create market differentiation for their business. We specialise in a variety of applications from Microsoft CRM solutions, SharePoint upgrades and redesigns, .Net custom developments and many more.


Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinating projects including resource allocation and liaising with the client regarding timeframes and deliverables
  • Maintaining visibility of resource utilisation across the team and producing weekly updates to the Resource Plan
  • Assisting with project schedules and monthly client project reporting
  • Financial administration including monthly invoicing
  • Engaging vendor support when required
  • Working with local and national business units to meet demand and ensure project/work order resource requirements are met, 
  • Various administrative tasks varying in complexity.
Skills and Experience:
  • Best practice knowledge of the key elements of IT Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a project coordination role or role with similar skills within an IT Systems integrator, Managed Services or similar background
  • Coordination of project teams and small projects
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule staff based on availability
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience dealing at various customer levels (end users, management)
    Ability to create high quality project management documentation.
Previous Tenrox or SharePoint administration experience would be desirable but not essential.
