Our ideal person will ensure consistency of people process management and care across our business. It goes without saying that a genuine interest in people and having exceptional communication skills is key in this position. Previous experience in managing international secondment assistance and care, is an advantage.
You will be involved in liaising a wide range of people on a daily basis including business managers and other members of the people and performance team. You will have a high level of attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical and planning abilities.
The core responsibilities of this position are:
- Development, monitoring and improvement of people related processes
- Building effective relationships with business managers and being the point of contact
- Ensuring people related activities are undertaken in accordance with Datacom’s guidelines
- Ensuring documentation relating to people is updated and utilised
- Programme management (people related programmes)
You’ll need:
- At least 3-5 years in a similar position
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practice and legislation
- Strong process and compliance background
- IT industry experience is preferred
- An ability to build strong, effective relationships
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
