The role
As part of our solution-focused Payroll Support team, you will assist our customers to solve any issues they may be experiencing with our pay systems via phone and email.
 
The person
You'll have the proven ability to provide advice and solutions specific to our customers payroll needs. It goes without saying that your communication skills are exceptional and you will use initiative, self learning and logic to work through issues. You may be a recent graduate looking for your first role in payroll, or you might already have experience in payrolll, looking for a new challenge. 
 
Our ideal candidate will have: 
  • A strong customer service focus - positive, can-do attitude while being a team player.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Strong numerical skills. 
  • Experience in payroll (beneficial, not essential).
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly as well as the necessary payroll legislation. 
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure - payroll can be stressful.
