Due to growth, Datacom Systems are seeking expressions of interest from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developers who would be interested in joining our Software Solutions team either on a permanent or contractual basis. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft solutions for our customers across a variety of industries. Working with internal and external customers, you will work on change requests, support and ongoing maintenance of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Research solutions to meet their business needs with an understanding of technical challenges
- Develop application solution to required specifications
- Providing analysis, development, configuration and support services to resolve business issues
- Anticipate delivery challenges and devise suitable work-arounds solutions in collaboration with the team
- Proactively builds effective working relationships, shares relevant knowledge and experience with team members with the aim of achieving team goals
Skills/ Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years of hands on MS Dynamics CRM (must have)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements
- Ability to develop clear functional or technical documentation
- Professional attitude and dedicated to providing customer satisfaction
- Tertiary degree and/or prevalent technical certifications would be highly regarded
