Due to growth, Datacom Systems are seeking expressions of interest from Dynamics CRM Business Analysts who would be interested in joining our Software Solutions team either on a permanent or contractual basis. In this role you will be responsible for supporting one of our government customers. Working with them, you will act as a point of contact to assist the business in analysing the requirements that are needed.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing customer's business requirements to configuring the application to meet the customer's needs
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft application and evaluate client business processes against the standard functionality
- Be responsible for configuring and customising the application to achieve the customer's business requirements
- Work with business teams, developers and architects to gather and understand and detail functional requirements
- Develop functional design documentation
Skills/ Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years of hands on MS Dynamics CRM (must have)
- Ability to analyse and understand business problems
- Experience in complex environments preferably in the professional services field
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- A commitment to excellence
- Strong competency in basic Microsoft office applications
