About the role:

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to develop their administrative and organisational skills in a fast-faced, energetic environment. This role is a mixture of assisting the General Manager with priorities, such as diary calendar management, team or client events, and day-to-day sales management tasks.

These tasks include:

  • Weekly reporting of sales team pipelines, invoicing and financial reports.
  • Supporting the Direct Financial Approval process across the teams.
  • Assisting in the managing and creating various client and internal Datacom events.
  • Managing and claiming marketing funding and investment programs with our partners.
  • Assisting on the various partner and supplier programs.
  • Supporting the various HR processes for leave and expenses across the teams.
  • Management of supplier and partner onsite requirements.

 

About you:

We’re looking for an individual with the initiative, drive and dedication to support the team and have the flexibility to learn multiple roles across the team, to fill in when required. You’ll be team oriented, adaptable and have strong communication skills. Your reliability, attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to this role. Most importantly, we are looking for someone to fit the culture within the team, by having a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and take ownership, plus a great sense of humour!
