About the role:
Our Office Administrator role is a diverse role that combines senior administrative duties, such as supporting our cell phone administration team, and day to day front of office support. We are looking for someone with proven mobile phone telecommunications administration experience who can bring over that knowledge and support our internal requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Company Cell phone administration.
- Booking National & International travel for staff.
- Accounting support, invoice coding for admin purchases.
- Security Access card management.
- Front of Office duties and cover.
- Health & Safety support and coordination as required.
- Organising Monthly Southern Cross new starter meetings.
- Fire warden responsibilities.
- Divisional and customer event coordination and management.
- Event and catering organising for internal staff meetings and events.
- Stock management and ordering.
- Weekly staff entertainment ordering.
About you:
We are looking for a positive individual who has the ability to adapt and can work in a flexible, high pressure and shifting environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to be solutions orientated and a proactive problem solver. We are looking for someone with proven experience coordinating administrative tasks within large businesses.
You will be a team player, with a professional attitude. We are focused on finding someone who understands urgency and loves working with people. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is patient, has strong attention to detail, and is computer savvy.
