We’re looking for an experienced PM who is well versed with Agile.  Your skills will be utilised to bring more experience into the team to help us continue to refine the way we work so you’ll be a natural knowledge-sharer with an interest in coaching.    An understanding of the commercial environment we work in and the dynamics of customer-vendor relationships is key.

We need you to bring a well-balanced mix of technical, people, communication and client skills; as well sound experience in delivering successful IT projects in varying enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Project Management of ongoing digital work streams                                
  • Providing project management with strong Agile processes across the business unit
  • Ongoing development of and the continuous improvement of this team’s Agile capability    

What we are looking for:

We need you to be an experienced and passionate Project Manager who has successfully delivered in a vendor project delivery environment, including:

  • Experience with leading high performing teams through all aspects of project delivery in an Agile way, including coaching/mentoring teams in the pursuit of continuous improvement
  • The ability to motivate others and stay motivated
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle – Agile and Waterfall knowledge
  • Skills with project planning and experience with understanding and removing impediments to project delivery teams
  • Excellent general communication and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, from technical to business
  • Demonstrated client and stakeholder management skills
  • A sound understanding of the commercial environment
