About the role:
As a CRM Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our existing customers, ensuring they have all the support and guidance they need to get the most out of their CRM implementations. This covers regular support, and our enhancements streams. You’ll grow to know the inner workings of those customers, their businesses and their systems, and be able to guide, manage and grow our presence with them.

About you:
You'll be a support superstar with excellent communication skills and the ability to hold conversations with a variety of different clients. Perhaps you come from a Service Desk or SDM background- either way, you'll have an excellent understanding of the change management process and support concepts and a willingness to learn more about Dynamics CRM and AX.
