Datacom Connect are currently seeking a Business Solutions Manager to join our highly successful Project Management team, located in North Ryde.

This role will be responsible for a variety of functions including managing an integrated, high quality and proactive business improvement process, underpinned by the Quality Management System, leading transformational projects which involve long term outcomes and supporting the Datacom consulting suite of services offered to internal and external clients, including elements of pre-sales support.
 
This highly rewarding role offers the opportunity to travel locally and internationally, leading Consulting assignments within Datacom Connect clients.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage projects utilising project planning and management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
  • Lead Customer Experience and Service Design workshops that also includes a recommendations report and roadmap to improve customer experience and identify further opportunities for Datacom. 
  • Lead general Contact Centre excellence consulting assignments which could include coordinating specialists within Datacom to contribute to the discovery and recommendations phases.
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders to analyse, reengineer, and continually improve and optimize business processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong governance procedures and QMS management across the Connect business.
  • Lead and manage business intelligence programs using data to identify areas for improvement and design bodies of activity to address.
About You:
  • Knowledge and understanding of auditing principles and procedures.
  • Project management skills.
  • Process mapping skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and auditing ability.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft office suite with particular aptitude in Excel, Power Point, Word, and Project.
  • Solid Contact Centre operation management experience.
  • Experience in customer facing leadership roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in one of the following; Management, Business, Service Design, Project Management, Financial Management or related disciplines.
