The role of the Senior Business Analyst within the Architecture & Security Practice fundamentally encompasses engaging with key client stakeholders, identifying business needs and eliciting and analysing requirements to develop specifications to guide the development of effective solutions.
The role is also to conduct the Business Analysis function on a variety of solution, platform and application related projects within Datacom. This analysis can include systems analysis, business processes, requirement analysis, and supporting business or system functions.
About the Role
- Assist in the leadership, direction and strategy for the operations of a highly professional and high performance team.
- Assist in the development of the Business Analysis & Architecture skills within Datacom by mentoring other consultants and initiating, building and maintaining on-going relationships with clients to facilitate execution of work.
- Business Process Analysis - identifies and resolves complex process design issues across project or business functions, outside of immediate area of expertise
- Deliver projects in alignment with Datacom processes and methodologies, resolving complex problems through the use of all available resources. Is regularly sought after as an "end of line" problem solver by peers.
- Assist in coaching, developing and delegation - demonstrates ability to use appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate and guide team members.
About you
- Minimum 6 years business analyst experience
- CBAP / BABOK certification or can demonstrated equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder analysis and management
