Virtual Assistant Cognitive Analyst – Christchurch

We’ve an opportunity available to work with a team of experienced, passionate and dedicated people in our Christchurch office, where you will showcase your experience and passion for the industry and keeping up with the latest and greatest. Innovation and improved customer experience is key to the success of our business and the motivation behind this newly created role as a Virtual Assistant Cognitive Analyst!
You will have the opportunity to work very closely with our clients helping to improve their customers’ experience and ratings by developing virtual assistants to help with their increasing online queries. You will develop assistants who can have meaningful conversations with customers to decrease wait times and increase customer satisfaction.
Key things to be successful in this role include…
- Previous experience or proven skills in knowledge management, and interest in the AI and VA technologies
- Exposure to Azure Bot Service, Cognitive AI Services, Amazon Lex Framework or others is desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with SMEs & C-Level executives
- Real interest in cognitive response, and decoding the intent of the user
- Previous client relationship experience and proven ability to understand and meet client expectations
- 5 + years’ experience in analysis roles and/or knowledge creation
