The role:
As a Technical Business Analyst with the Enterprise Integration team, your skills will be used across a wide breath of challenging and leading edge projects. Key day to day tasks include:
- Establishing and driving requirements
- User experience design
- Establishing user personas and journeys
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile first concepts
- Creating documentation i.e. use cases, prototypes, specifications, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents
- Championing user experience fundamentals
- Participating with the enterprise solutions team in a lead role
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and internally
About you:
This position will see you utilizing your expertise in the user experience and integration space as the champion for our team. This role will involve analytical business analysis, requirements gathering and influencing decisions within the open-source, integration space.
You will be experienced and capable of producing fundamental documentation and have strong client relationship management with a range of stakeholders at all levels. Ideally candidate will have a proven track record of delivering under pressure and getting things done with great ease!
Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to Agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience on technically lead projects. Also key is the ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.
Your background:
- Business analyst with experience delivering enterprise projects
- Strong understanding of Open-Source, integration projects
- Understanding of digital platforms
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Passion for and experience in user experience design is essential
- Proven ability to develop hypotheses and shape a project
- Keep up to date with the latest digital technologies and design trends
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good process improvement and change management exposure
- Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance.
- Development background and/or knowledge of the SDLC.
