We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to assist our client on site. This is an opportunity to work on site with one of our Education clients - based on Brisbane's Southside. We are offering a 6 month initial contract, with possibility of extension.
 
The Systems Administrator will diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network incidents. We are looking for a highly professional, motivated and reliable candidate.
 
Experience with the following:
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Server technologies
  • Exchange, Active directory domain and domain user account management
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Windows 7 & 10 operating systems
  • Basic routing & switching support
  • Modem & Router configuration and deployment
  • Troubleshooting network issues
  • Build up and deployment of PCs and servers and other IT related equipment 
  • Basic IT hardware repairs and reconfigurations, including repairs of PC and servers.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Network printer management (physical installation and configuration)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills is essential for this role
  • Previous experience with an education provider will be highly regarded
Key Requirements:
  • Australian driver's license and car
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
