Role Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of services to the customer to exceed the agreed service levels
Carefully manage client expectations while driving deeper, more strategic engagement
Lead Datacom ITO teams, ensuring that they are delivering services exceeding the agreed service levels
Devises and implements strategies aimed at continuously improving the account relationship, proactively identifying initiatives which develop and broaden the account relationship and customer advocacy.
Perform gap and SWOT analyses on existing service delivery frameworks to identify areas of improvement
 
Experience required:
Strong Delivery / Operational Experience within a complex and multi-faceted manage services environment
Demonstrated experience managing service delivery teams within an outsourcing arrangement
Experience in the development of complex service delivery documentation
ITIL Foundation Certification
 
Strategic and remediation planning experience
Refined relationship management skills; ability to effectively engage at all levels of an organisation, particularly executive and C-suite
Strong project/program management experience with previous direct customer engagement and responsibility for project financials and operations
Business Value & Relationship Management – End to End business approach, influences and manages customer expectations
Excellent document development skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
