The Datacom Service Delivery team is on the lookout for a Service Coordinator! Could you be the person we are looking for?

With significant enterprise customers and substantial streams of work, we need to find the most talented, creative and driven person to join us. Our Service Coordinator helps drive, manage and deliver the key service support functions of the team.

The role

The Service Coordinator has prime responsibility to coordinate the completion of Service Management tasks between Datacom delivery support groups, the Customer Engagement Manager and our customers.

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for reporting, major incident coordination, creating and improving service processes along with minor works facilitation and governance. Classifying BAU and projects, and communicating it to the customer appropriately is a key part of this role, as is coordination of resource for delivering services within SLAs.

There is an on-call component to this role which requires our Service Coordinator to be available to assist with escalations, via the phone, outside of business hours.

About you

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills with previous experience in a coordination role or similar. A background in a customer service or administration role would be advantageous as would experience with technical trouble shooting. A certification in ITIL v3 would be desirable.

Working collaboratively as part of a team is pivotal for success in our business as is your ability to motivate and influence others. Your relationship management skills will be second to none and you will be highly driven and motivated.
