We haveexperienced outstanding growth and we're excited about our future. We are seeking a Sales support admin to join us for completing the administrative tasks which assist the Sales team to complete transactions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritise personal sales support activities towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity
  • Update and Maintain Backorders on a regular basis and provide sales team and Customers with reports at agreed times.
  • Collection of data around past renewals, documenting current renewals using internal systems, vendor relationships and external systems.
  • Maintenance of Business relationships

Skills and Work Experience

  • Solid 3+ years of customer/vendor relationship building and management experience
  • Order facilitation and quotation experience(desired)
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in higher profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close win/win solutions for all parties
  • Ability to learn new material quickly
  • Self-starter who needs little direction, works autonomously and is not intimidated by dealing with C level management or in dealing with conflict.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player that is results orientated.
  • Sound influencing and persuasive ability
  • Sound business acumen
