SAP Pre Sales Consultant
Datacom Business Services (DBS) provide SAP solutions focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll. As a long standing partner of SAP, DBS have helped customers on their digital transformation journey by enabling our customers’ biggest asset, their people. Solutions are delivered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis utilising SAP cloud services, or offered on a multitenant Datacom cloud platform. DBS also offer full Business Process Operations (BPO) for outsourced payroll services.
About the role:
Working with the sales team, the Presales Consultant will be directly engaged in sales opportunities with a primary focus of being the trusted advisor to our customers. With this in mind, your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Contribution to the selling of DBS solutions to clients by holding customer discovery sessions, delivering product solution demonstrations, pioneering and developing new ideas etc…
- Maintain technical proficiency in the solutions offered by DBS
- Grow pipeline and generate sales leads and opportunities
- Contribute to sales opportunity planning and sales forecasting
- Share knowledge and engage with other Datacom business groups
About you:
You will need to be a self-starter, proactive, engaging, and have a strong appetite to win! The Presales Consultant needs to carry themselves with confidence and be capable of persuading the audience with factual knowledge. You must be capable of adapting to different customer environments and handling conversations at the right levels with different audiences (ie technical, business owners, and C level executives). Ideally you will have prior experience in SAP ERP HCM, Payroll and Success Factors
