The Role
Our Payroll Professional Services team is responsible for the sales and on-boarding process of our payroll software systems for clients. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients to help them to understand the technical side of our payroll systems and ensuring their satisfaction with our product.
About You
We are looking for either junior or intermediate levels for this role. At a junior level, this role is suitable for a recent graduate who is looking to gain experience in a growing environment. You'll have proven customer service experience with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude! At an intermediate level, you would have experience working with payroll, account management and working with customers. Ultimately, we are looking for individuals with a strong customer service focus and a strong work ethic. The role also requires high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
