Due to continued growth, Datacom are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our new team in Adelaide, part time 30 hours per week.  In this role you will be responsible for leading recruitment activities including sourcing, assessment and selection of new employees. 

This is a fast paced, busy role which will require a natural ability to multitask, strong organisational skills and ideally a background in high volume recruitment. 

About the Role:
  • Providing recruitment leadership, direction and support to the relevant business managers
  • End to end recruitment activities for all roles across Datacom Connect, Adelaide
  • Create letters of offer, employment agreements and other contractual new-starter documentation for successful applicants
  • Creating innovative sourcing strategies that identify and attract the best candidates for the business
  • Manage the on-boarding and induction process ensuring employee engagement
  • Administration of the recruitment database and other Datacom management systems, ensuring that the relevant systems are updated in a timely fashion and that the integrity of the data is maintained with a high level of accuracy and currency.
About You:
  • Experience working in an end to end recruitment role, either agency or internal
  • Experience in high volume recruitment is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with key contacts – both internally and externally
  • The ability to use initiative and judgment in resolving problems
  • Independently motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills and ability to build and retain documentation such as advertisements, procedural documentation and frameworks
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products
  • Due to the nature of this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a criminal history check.
