We are looking for individuals who have;  
  • An excellent customer service focus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impressive listening skills that identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries.
  • Intermediate computer skills and typing 35wpm 
  • Be able to work 8am to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends and public holidays, on a rotating 5 day roster
Call Centre experience is not required, we will provide excellent training.
