About the role:
The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for working with customers, the customer advocacy team and across Datacom to organise and progress delivery of services. Day to day tasks will include such things as working with services teams ensuring that we are delivering to our contractual obligations, extracting reports for review, identifying opportunities to improve our customer’s experience, building strong and long term relationships with the delivery teams, identifying improvement opportunities for your customers etc…
About you:
We are ideally looking for someone that is obsessed with getting an outcome for a diverse range of customers and able to build networks both internally and externally. The Customer Services Manager will also need to produce work that is of a high quality and have a strong attention to detail. Given this is a four month contract we are really looking for an ITIL certified Service Management professional who can 'hit the ground running' in new environments.
