We have an exciting opportunity for a Change and Release coordinator in our ITSM team. The Change and Release Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of Change and Release Management, with the support of the Change and Release Management team
Your new role:
The role is primarily responsible for coordinating the delivery of Change and Release Management, with the support of the Change and Release Management team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Change Management activities, to include Change Advisory Boards (CAB), Request for Changes (RFCs), and change schedules.
- Responsible for all release Management activities, to include stakeholder management, release acceptance, business and user communications, and training.
- Manage an ongoing program with the client and delivery teams to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Develop customer reports detailing SLA/KPI performance for Change and Release Management.
- Provide client reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or as required).
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Detailed understanding of ITIL Change and Release management methodologies.
- Stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent client relationship
- Ability to work well in a high pressure environment
