Datacom has been one of less than 40 partners globally participating in a pilot for high-fidelity Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Azure Expert managed Service Provider program has been announced at Inspire 2018 with Datacom as a foundational partner. 

Datacom demonstrated the following capabilities:

  • Proven customer success demonstrated via public case studies and private references
  • Direct engagement to Microsoft Support and Azure engineering groups
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills with a minimum of 15 full-time employees meeting a technical bar set by Microsoft
  • Datacom passed a rigorous 64-step audit conducted by a reputable independent auditor which assessed people, processes and technology related to Datacom's ability to offer managed services of complex Azure environments.
