The Challenge
Experience has shown that approximately 40% of HR implementations fail, either through ‘post payroll implementation exhaustion’ or because of poor ROI of a wide ranging HR product.
As a long-time customer Datacom’s outsourced payroll solution, DataPay, AA Insurance (AAI) had already extended the solution by adding the employee self-service module, DataESS.
DataESS also gives AAI managers access to the Executive Dashboard which provides a dashboard of key company indicators featuring a live set of graphs that utilise existing payroll data at a click of a button. It displays information such as the organisation’s average staff turnover and outstanding annual leave balances.
The Solution
When the company sought an HR solution it was a natural step to deploy the Datacom DataHR solution that is built on the Datacom integrated payroll and self-service platform.
AAI wanted a system that was easy to implement and could provide the company with timely and accurate information at any point in time.
