Team Lead | .Net
The Software Build team is part of our Microsoft Software & Cloud Solutions group. We provide high value custom web solutions and consulting services to leading Australasian businesses and government agencies. We create web, Azure and Microsoft stack solutions of every size, but always crucial to the client’s operations.

The Role
This role will require you to guide the development team, be involved with solution design and estimation, along with liaising with all project stakeholders. You’ll also work closely with our clients and at times be required to work on-site. Although this is a hands-on development role, you will also be responsible for the mentoring and professional development of your direct reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work on some of the most exciting projects the Asia-Pacific development space has to offer, but to also build your team lead experience and manage a team of technical guru's.
The Person
Key for this role is not just a sound technical ability but also a passion for technology. Proven leadership skills and a diverse range of experience in providing bespoke solutions for Enterprise clients is also critical, along with a great track record in building client relationships.
Other key requirements include:
- Experience with C#/.NET Frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL Server, RESTful Web API, WCF and XML
- Ability to demonstrate experience in ASP.NET Webforms and ASP.NET MVC.
- Exposure to HTML5, CSS, Angular JS would be advantageous
- JavaScript, EcmaScript 5.1, AMD (e.g. RequireJS), Promises (A+), Responsive design (e.g. Foundation), Javascript OOD patterns, AJAX, jQuery and XML.
- Working knowledge of Cloud based computing e.g. Microsoft Azure
- A desire to work in a fast paced, creative and dynamic team environment
- The ability to lead and mentor technical teams
