As a member of the Customer Engagement team, the Service Delivery Manager will interact directly with clients and other members of the Datacom Systems teams to ensure technology based solutions delivered meet clients’ business needs and challenges, as well as Datacom’s obligations under the terms of the customers’ contract.
Responsibilities:
- Service Level Management and Reporting
- Relationship Management
- Financial, Contract and Configuration Management
- Onboarding of new clients and new services to existing clients
