About the role:
As Scrum Master you will facilitate and coach software development teams, to deliver quality software solutions at pace. The successful candidate will need to focus on getting the teams, product owners and wider organisation engaged in improving the process of product delivery. Amongst the current challenges are streamlining the architectural signoff process; establishing whole-team accountability and cross functionality; getting better visibility of medium and long term forecasts; establishing a community of knowledge sharing across teams.
About you:
You will be someone that has proven experience working as a SCRUM Master for large corporate clients. Your experience of end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-scale projects, with experience of data solutions and data platforms a distinct advantage. Strong knowledge of Agile approaches and the ability to provide leadership and coaching to ensure adherence to Agile best practice is a must
