As a Junior Architect within the Taranaki team your purpose will be to deliver answers and solutions to our customer’s business problems. That description may sound stock standard but believe us when we say it’s anything but! You’ll be mostly doing the “Blue Sky” stuff – thinking and problem solving for long periods of time, being innovative and technically creative, helping us to evaluate complex information and requirements. While experience isn’t essential, aptitude is, therefore we’ll be looking for someone with excellent numeric reasoning, logic and analytical troubleshooting skills. You’ll be a key player within the team and can expect sound mentoring and learning opportunities from senior colleagues.
So what are we looking for?
• Maybe you’re a recent graduate with a qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Studies
• Strong Teamwork, negotiation and problem –solving skills
• Detail orientated and high organisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to model complex systems to deliver the information that our customer requires
• Documenting skills
Knowledge / Experience in frameworks and methodologies – ideal but not essential:
• Creating and communicating strategies
• Modelling of complex environments
• Excellence in documentation
• Infographic creation
• Experience or knowledge in frameworks and methodologies;
