About the role:
Datacom’s Intranets & Collaboration team, within our Systems & Integration division, work across a wide variety of clients and many industries.
You will be able to comfortably facilitate discussions with our clients and ensure that full scope and detail of the business challenges are accurately defined and agreed. Clear and accurate documentation outputs will ensure that our development teams produce a solution that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
As the key Business Analyst in the team, you will have the most familiarity with our clients’ business and their requirements; working with the Architecture, Design and Development groups, to apply that client-specific business knowledge. Your outstanding communication skills allow you to enrich our relationship with our clients and successfully manage business conflicts and differing priorities.
About you:
Exposure to, or experience of, a vendor environment would be beneficial (but not a pre-requisite) and you’ll likely have some experience with an enterprise scale technology and\or complex business environments. Experience with large integration projects would be an advantage.
We are looking for a top performing Business Analyst with a strong delivery focus. You will have 4+ years of experience and have the following skills:
- Requirements Analysis
- Business process design and re-engineering
- Information Management
- Workshop facilitation
- Solid modelling skills
- Workshop facilitation
- Good problem solving
- Logical Design skills
- At least 3-5 years consulting experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated knowledge of the design, delivery, build, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint 2013
- Demonstrated success performing end-to-end technical analysis and creating architecture designs
- Experience in life-cycle management of technical assets and local architectures
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and client consultation
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to discuss technical issues with nontechnical audiences
- Exposure to Office 365 is highly desirable
You will have worked in complex system and multi-vendor environments and have the ability to work confidently with stakeholder groups at all levels. You’ll have a breadth of experience across the BA skill set ideally within the telecommunications sector so that you can hit the ground running. You will have strong communication skills and be a flexible team player with a commitment to quality deliverables who will make a significant contribution to the overall success of the project.
