The role:
Our Wellington-based Managing Director for Products and Marketing across the Group has a need for an efficient and effective Executive Assistant to help him manage his workload and to provide much needed support to both himself and a very busy team that is distributed across New Zealand and Australia. He is a busy person who needs a confident EA to manage his calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, help create presentations, and just keep him running as he sets up a new business unit alongside managing a range of existing businesses. Booking travel arrangements, being his point of contact, and ensuring he is prepared for each week are also key aspects of this busy role.
The Person:
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with fantastic organisational skills and the ability to build strong and effective relationships internally and externally. Your communication skills and your attention to detail will be second to none and you will be able to influence both at a senior level and the General Manager community. You will be proactively looking for ways to improve how we work, be proficient at developing and editing presentations, and be very efficient at time management.
