About the role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager here at Datacom you serve as the focal point of the relationship between Datacom and our customers. You will build credible relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations, and drive revenue retention and growing profitability by ensuring our services meet current and future customer needs. In addition to managing a cross-functional virtual team, you will own the high level strategic and tactical planning and execution for your accounts, and will ensure that all the engagements with customers meet our customer experience principles. The deep understanding you’ll develop of our customers’ organisations and industries will be vital for your success in building and maintaining Datacom's brand as a thought leader, and in bringing relevant fresh thinking to the relationship.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, who is confident in speaking with C-Level stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and setting out strategic guidelines and tactical plans to ensure Datacom are working to help achieve these goals. You'll have a track record in building long term highly engaged customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for some who has a track record of:

  • providing strategic thinking about and insights into customer businesses, service models, trends in the market, thought leadership, digital transformation
  • high customer satisfaction levels
  • providing quality assurance for delivery and managing problem resolution
  • providing high level support to the customer for the executive sponsor, sales and delivery teams.
