About the role:
As a CRM Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our existing customers, ensuring they have all the support and guidance they need to get the most out of their CRM implementations. This covers regular support, and our enhancements streams. You’ll grow to know the inner workings of those customers, their businesses and their systems, and be able to guide, manage and grow our presence with them.
You’ll be comfortable diagnosing issues, working with our technical experts, managing release cycles, reporting/managing tickets and discussing progress, issues and new requests with customers.
About you:
You’ll have experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics CRM systems and have an understanding of support principles. Experience with the Dynamics CRM product is important (across all major versions). You may also have technical or development experience. You need to enjoy being hands on, have an inquisitive mind-set and have a strong attention to detail. You’ll need to be comfortable talking with business people, and understanding their needs and concerns. It goes without saying that you have a solid understanding of the SDLC and in particular release processes.
