As Datacom BA you will be keen to get in and know our customers businesses and their requirements inside and out – you’ll be a trusted advisor with a strong focus on delivery. You’ll have broad experience and extensive knowledge but what you don’t know you’ll be willing to get stuck in and learn.
What we look for in our BA’s
• We are looking for a top performing BA with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the IT sector
• The ability to take responsibility for how a system works, and how our clients get value from that technology, from both a functional and non-functional perspective.
• You will be the initiator of projects, the person who understands why we are doing a project
• The ability to be the on-going ‘glue’ ensuring we build and deploy smart systems that meet and exceed business expectations.
• Outstanding communication skills which will allow you to build solid relationships with our clients and ability to manage business conflicts and differing priorities.
• You’ll work with the Architecture, Design and Development groups, applying that client-specific business knowledge.
