Our Customer Enablement Team, part of our Microsoft Software & Cloud Solutions group, produce award winning applications for Enterprise level customers. This is a close knit team of high performers who take pride in the solutions they deliver, and get a buzz out of seeing their applications being used by the general public. It is a lean operation using the latest development tools and agile practices that allow our clients to keep ahead of the game.   

The Role

Working closely with established customers the Business Analyst is responsible for how a system works, and how our clients get value from that technology, from both a functional and non-functional perspective. You will be working closely with the tech lead, scrum master and product owner, UX designer and Dev team on a day to day basis. Typical activities include: backlog prioritisation, user story creation, technical dependency mapping, client expectation management; providing analytics; workshop design and facilitation.  Ultimately you will be the owner of functional outcomes and the key to us building successful complex systems for our clients. 

About You

A commitment to agile principles with a passion for the customer-experience is key, along with a mindset that continually analyses digital technology from how the end-customer will be using it. You will need to have a strong combination of skills and experience across traditional BA roles and toolsets, with a solid technical understanding. An ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and carefully manage expectations across a wide stakeholder group, and understand pain points is your forte, along with being the interface between the front end developers, middleware engineers and the customer to bridge the technical gap. Knowledge and experience around creating the front-end digital experience, and ensuring the solution decisions continually meet good usability practices will be crucial for excelling in this multifaceted role.
