This permanent position offers the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and to realise your potential. There is a high level of customer contact therefore sound verbal communication and documentation skills are essential. This is a Green-field implementation of BizTalk over Microsoft Azure IaaS cloud VMs.
To be successful in the role ideally you’ll have:
- 10+ years of experience in integration and implementing enterprise service bus with Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Substantial experience in leading the end-to-end design, development and delivery of an integration solution
- Experience in shaping the delivery of BizTalk as an integration platform in a complex environment
- Understanding of various application integration patterns and frameworks which include but are not limited to asynchronous publish-subscribe, synchronous request reply, guaranteed message delivery and error handling.
- Proven advisor of BizTalk best patterns and practices is essential
- Exposure to Azure is required.
- The ability to understand and solve client business problems by using integration solutions drawing upon the suitable methodologies and technologies
- Ability to advise upwards to Solution Architects, Program Managers in respect to the delivery
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated prior experience working in a client facing role
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related field and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience working in an agile project/program delivery environment
