Today Datacom welcomed the Hon. Michael Keenan, Minister for Human Services and Digital Transformation, to Datacom’s customer care and IT Hub in Adelaide, South Australia.
During his visit, Minister Keenan took the opportunity to hear from Bob Peebles, Managing Director AU Commercial about Datacom’s customer care operations on behalf of the Australian Department of Human Services. As part of his tour, the Minister also met with Datacom team members and unveiled a plaque to commemorate the visit.
Datacom’s Adelaide facility offers dedicated training, management and delivery of customer care services to a growing portfolio of customers in Australia. Since opening, the site has created hundreds of jobs, and continues to grow.
The Adelaide site is part of Datacom’s network of customer care sites which service a range of customers locally and around the world.
